Poly(2-3)glucose T1-30 is a water and organic soluble polymer packaged in a 10 ml serum bottle as a sterile, 0.25 g lyophilized cake. In aqueous solution if forms a temperature responsive gel with a transition temperature of 30 C in PBS. T1-30 is recommended for depot and gel envelope applications.

Description
Poly (2-3) glucose T1-30 has a lower critical solution temperature of 30 C in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.1. It is packaged with 0.25 grams of lyophilized, pyrogen free, sterile polymer in 10 ml serum bottles. Add media or buffer directly to the bottle to make stock polymer solutions. There is space to dilute down to a 2% solution. Polymer T1-30 is recommended for gel depots and gel envelopes. Polymers T1-25 and T1-35 may be mixed with T1-30 to obtain customized lower critical solution temperatures in the range 25 to 35 C.
