T1-Kit includes poly(2-3)glucose T1-25, T1-30, and T1-35, water and organic soluble, temperature responsive gels with respective transition temperatures of 25, 30, and 35 C in PBS. Each polymer is provided in a 10 ml serum bottle as a sterile, 0.25 g lyo cake . T1-Kit is recommended to survey transition temperatures for your application and to obtain intermediate gel temperatures by linear mixing.

Description
The T1-Kit contains one vial each of T1-25, T1-30, and T1-35. These polymers represent the gel transition temperatures 25, 30, and 35 C in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.1. Each 10 ml serum bottle contains 0.25 grams of lyophilized, pyrogen free, sterile polymer. Add media or buffer directly to the bottle and chill overnight to make stock polymer solution. There is space to dilute down to a 2% solution. T1-Kit provides a convenient and cost effective opportunity to survey poly(2-3)glucose polymers for your application. Polymers T1-25, T1-30, and T1-35 may also be linearly mixed to obtain customized gel temperatures in the range 25 to 35 C, or to accommodate transition temperature shifts in solutions other than PBS.
